Unreleased Fernando Record Justicia to be released soon on Domingo Records!

Due to Covid -19, Luther Russell and I finally found the time to search our dusty closets and musty basements to unearth the original tapes to our long lost Rock en Español record “Justicia” (2001-2002). The record was never released because after its recording sessions, I suffered a vocal fold hemorrhage on tour (I just got this damage repaired last Feb) and I quickly realized that I would be incapable of singing most of these songs live, so I decided to release a low volume folk record called Dreams of the Sun and Sky instead. That being said, Luther has sequenced the record, our pal Jason Hiller in Los Angeles is mastering it as we speak and we are planning to release it as a digital download in the next few weeks. Please stay tune for more info.

Here’s the Track listing:

BTW- 7 of these tracks have never been previously released.

Side one is just Luther and I and it was recorded in my basement at my 48th and Stark house.

Side two recorded at the original Jackpot Studios, Engineered by Ezra Meredith, Mixed and Produced by Luther Russell. The band we assembled was anointed the name Mota for Sex and features Luther Russell( The Pretty Wrongs, Freewheelers), Freddy Trujillo ( Richmond Fontaine, Delines), Sean Oldham ( Richmond Fontaine, Delines), Paul Brainard and a chubby 30 year old Argentinean guy that likes to scream his ass off;)

Also, we’ll be including a Spanish to English translation for all you gringos out there;)
